How we work

The work starts with the business, not a package.

Peakline is a founder-led digital partner for owners who need the right problem found, scoped, built, and handed off cleanly.

Working rule

Custom-fit beats pre-sold packages.

A service business does not always know whether the first fix is brand, digital, marketing, or operations. The process is designed to find that before money gets spent in the wrong place.

Process

Five steps from unclear to owned.

01

Discovery

Listen to how the business actually works, then separate what feels broken from what is causing the friction.

02

Scope

Shape the work around the business in front of us. No packages that force the wrong fit. No upsell ladder disguised as strategy.

03

Build

Make the public-facing and internal pieces clear, durable, and useful enough to hold up after launch.

04

Over-deliver

Look for the thing the owner did not know to ask for but will feel once it is missing: clearer handoff notes, cleaner paths, better defaults, tighter ownership.

05

Handoff

Leave the business with access, documentation, files, and a record of what changed. No held-hostage credentials.

Over-deliver

The difference is usually in the things the client did not know to ask for.

Over-delivery does not mean adding noise. It means noticing the missing piece that will make the work hold together after the invoice is paid.

When the ask is a better page

The useful extra may be a clearer intake path, a tighter mobile action, or a small confirmation step after the form.

When the ask is better marketing

The useful extra may be profile access cleanup, reusable content notes, or a local visibility checklist the owner can keep using.

When the ask is a cleaner brand

The useful extra may be favicon, social, estimate, and profile versions so the identity does not collapse outside the homepage.

If the first fix is unclear, start with the foundation.
